These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Grasped, a focus app designed to help people replace endless scrolling with intentional practice, skill-building, and meaningful breaks. By accessing or using Grasped, you agree to these terms.

Grasped is an independent focus and productivity project.

1. Using Grasped

Grasped provides focused activities, skill-building tools, progress tracking, and related productivity features. The service is intended to support intentional screen time and does not replace professional medical, mental-health, or educational advice.

You agree to use Grasped lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users' access to it.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in details secure, and notifying Grasped if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not create an account for someone else without permission, impersonate another person, or use the service to gain unauthorized access to another account.

3. Educational Content

Grasped content is provided for general personal development and focus practice. We work to keep the service useful, but we do not guarantee that every activity, explanation, topic, or performance summary is complete, current, or error-free.

Your results in Grasped are not professional assessments, diagnoses, grades, or academic decisions.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use Grasped to break the law or harm others.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service without permission.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation.
• Use automated tools in a way that places unreasonable load on Grasped.

5. Ownership and Feedback

Grasped and its original branding, software, design, and content are owned by Grasped or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service for personal, non-commercial study; they do not transfer ownership to you.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow Grasped to use them to improve the service without owing you compensation.

6. Third-Party Services

Grasped may rely on services such as Google authentication, Supabase, Vercel, analytics, hosting, or security providers. Those services may have separate terms and policies. Grasped is not responsible for services it does not operate.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

Grasped is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or access to the service at any time.

To the extent allowed by law, Grasped disclaims warranties and is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on educational content, interruptions, errors, unauthorized access, or third-party services.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, or use Grasped abusively. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination will continue to apply.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Grasped collects, uses, stores, and protects information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Grasped after an update means you accept the revised terms.
